I was pleased with Generations until recently. I have Covid and requested an antiviral as I'm 66, unvaccinated, and have lung issues. I was refused and told to call if things are worse. When I called back I was told I'd have to wait 4 days to speak to someone. 11 days in the chair, can't eat...Am I being discriminated against because I'm unvaccinated or are they just that negligent?

I’ve been going to Generations for 15 years. I LOVE Dr. Casey and appreciate her attention to detail and desire to find solutions. What I don’t like about Generations is that since COVID has begun, the front desk staff have become increasingly rude. The door is always locked so you need to call or knock to get in, which I understand is a precaution, but they give me major negative attitude as if I, the patient, has the nerve to have an appointment and I’ve inconvenienced them by calling or knocking (like the sign says) Sometimes I wait 10-15 minutes just to be let in. They also gave me a lot of attitude when I asked if they would accept my daughter as a new patient and down right refused to see her because “they were too backed up and won’t be accepting new patients”. As someone who works in the medical field, I can’t imagine turning away a new patient! As a public relations officer in the field, I would be MORTIFIED if my reception team acted the way this office’s team does.Unfortunately, after I see my doctor one last time, I will be moving on to someone new. If you choose this practice, know you’ll get good doctors, but you’ll have to deal with consistently irate and irritated front desk staff who make you feel like your presence is a burden. If you’re okay with dealing with that to get to a good doctor, then great, this is the place for you!

I am posting this in regards to the Covid vaccine clinic . This was a great service to patients of Generations . We did not have to go through trying to get appointments on the phone , like so many other people . This was a tremendous service and was so well organized . I am through both doses , and it was a total breeze ! Thank you !

This is a great place with outstanding doctors, aprn and nurses. I have never had a bad experience there. The front desk staff is always willing to help with any concerns you have. They are so nice and friendly. I usually get in for an appt the same day! The sliding scale helped when I didn't have insurance. There's even someone to help with forms for insurance!
