I've just moved to this beautiful neighborhood and so far I really loved it. The maintenance team is very professional and they respond so quickly.Kevin Travis was the maintenance person and he was so polite and helpful. All because the management is great, I am so happy with my decision to move-in here.

A very pleasant experience here so far! The neighborhood is pretty and well-maintained, and we love the apartment itself. We've had family and friends come to visit us and they've all made positive comments about it. So kudos to maintenance and management who've really worked to keep things looking brand new! The move-in process was also very smooth. I can say that each of that staff that I've communicated with over email/phone have all been very friendly and would keep me informed. They took the time to call and check-in with how the move was coming and if there were any questions/requests I had. So special thanks to Maura, Jessica, and Karen for all your help! :)

I am in my 7th year at Autumn Creek and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the team and for the blessing of living here. It is an extraordinary place that offers so much more than any other complex. The manager Karen and her office staff, Rob and Kevin, Al and Angel are all exceptional with kindness and excellent service that make a living here a wonderful experience. I have lived in many places in WNY and different states along the East Coast, and this is by far my best living experience. The neighbors are wonderful too. Nothing is lacking here. From the beautiful grounds and the beautiful modern apartments with the best amenities to the kind people, this is the best place to call home. Highly recommended! And much thanks to the Autumn Creek team for being so reliable and dependable these seven years!

This is one of the best places to live in WNY. If you ever have any issue with anything in the apartment, they send a team to fix it ASAP. I submitted a work order late last night on their website and by 10AM this morning, I got a text that Kevin and Travis had completed it. After living in places where it can take weeks for even major things to be fixed, it is refreshing and incredible to see stuff taken care of quickly. One less thing to worry about. Thanks again, Kevin and Travis, you two always do an awesome job!

Yes! We have a dog park and pet spa at our community. Weight must not exceed 60 pounds in upper apartments, and 100 pounds in lower apartments. Aggressive dogs are prohibited. These breeds include but are not limited to: Pit-bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, Dalmatians, Siberian Huskies, American Bulldogs, all forms of Mastiffs, Hybrid Wolves and other similar dogs known for their aggression. Please note, mixes of these breeds will be allowed. A Pet Addendum is required for both cats and dogs as a rider and forms a part of the Lease Agreement. No monthly pet rent required. We have a stunning salt water swimming pool that is lifeguard attended. It's open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hours may vary depending on the time of year and the weather but they are generally 11 am to 7 pm.
Absolutely! Our residents can rent our recently redecorated Clubhouse during non business hours. Residents receive 1 rental free every year. Each additional rental is just $100 per rental.
We have open parking for our residents and guests. We do ask that if a guest will be parking in our lots for a significant period of time that you let our Leasing Office know. It is imperative that all guests follow our snow removal plan just as our residents do to make sure we have clear parking lots for everyone in the Winter.
There is only a fee if you choose to rent a garage. The monthly garage cost is $102.
We have an abundance of parking throughout the community. If you prefer a garage, residents can rent a garage for just $102 per month.
Our Maintenance Team is available for emergency service requests 24/7. Just call our office and a member of our team will get the details of what is wrong and if there is an emergency we will dispatch someone to assist you.
Our award winning maintenance team will take care of your service requests. They are here Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Just log into your Resident Portal and place your service request or give our Leasing Office a call and we can place the service request for you. Our goal is to complete each service request within one business day but, from time to time it may take longer due to ordering parts - we'll keep you informed of the progress of your request.

To help keep our community beautiful and to assist our residents; we have engaged Valet Trash & Recycling services. You will be provided with a Deck Box that is kept outside your apartment home. With this service you will be able to place your bagged trash and recycling outside your front door 5 days/week! Service will take place Sunday through Thursday in the evening.

Yes! It is required that you carry renter's insurance to protect your belongings. Damages caused by a resident, even when unintentional, are the financial responsibility of the resident. Without renter's insurance, you don't have coverage for personal property loss, liability, or injury to others that may result from accidents or your negligence. We have partnered with Resident Insure, a premier provider of renter’s insurance products. Resident Insure works with several A-rated insurance carriers to bring you policies with excellent coverage at a very affordable price.

If rent is not received by the 5th of the month your rental account will be assessed a $50 late fee plus postage charges on the 6th of the month.
Your rent is due every month on the 1st. You have many options when it comes to paying rent; we want to make it easy for you! The easiest way is to set-up auto-payments through your Resident Portal online. We also accept e-check, credit card, online banking, automatic withdrawal, payment by mail and money gram. We do not accept cash.

We do not, smudging requires burning sage and might violate Section 48 RULES in the lease under these circumstances: (1) The comfort or rights of other Tenants must not be interfered with. Annoying sounds, wind chimes, smells (including smoke smells), and lights are not allowed. (27) Tenant will not use candles or lamps which create or contain a flame. Hopefully this is helpful. There are not assigned parking spaces, there is ample parking for every resident. We also have detached garages available to rent.
We have 6 different apartment layouts of spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. 1 bedroom floorplans are 900-950 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms boast 1090-1290 sq. ft. Each apartment has it's own private entry. We encourage you to visit our website to view our available floor plans.
Through our Resident Portal, residents have access to pay their rent through a convenient and secure environment. Residents can login 24/7 to view account balance, set auto-payments, or make one-time payments.
