Hi! We have been adhering to all NY state and local NYC Covid19 guidelines for restaurants since the beginning of the shutdown on March 15th, 2020. We monitor the health and safety of each employee on a daily basis. We take temperatures of every employee upon entering the building and they are required to wear gloves and masks at all times. We have installed special filters inside the restaurant for proper filtration. We have the proper signage and instruction posted in multiple areas of the restaurant for employees and guests. Our outdoor patio is built to NYC DOH regulations and had the proper ventilation and distancing in effect. We do frequent disinfection of high touch surfaces and also a periodic deep disinfection of all surfaces in kitchen and dining room. Indoor dining is closed at tis time but we offer distanced heated outdoor dining, curbside pickup and contactless payment upon request. Thank you for your interest in Mable's Smokehouse.
