This is not a lawn care company. This company does not cut any grass or do any work in your yard. They should advertise and market their services honestly and correctly not misleading. They hire other companies to do the actual work. After paying them they have the audacity to charge more $ for themselves even though they are not doing any extra work. They don’t seem to care about work being done or the company they hire to do it.

When I initially started using lawnStarter service it was a rocky at start. LawnStarter helped with any issues and soon found a resolution. Fast forward.... love my lawn crew! and have been using them for 2 years and have not been disappointed.

after rescheduling me 4 times already this week they still have failed to showed for the appointed day they set. they don't even let you know that they aren't going to make it. and beware the previous 2 cuts they have charged me much more than expected. I'm still confused how a lawn cut only could be more the $90. this company should be ashamed of how they have treated me. i really regret having to give 1 star, they have not even earned that.
