I went to get inspection done on my SUV, they told me that stuff was wrong with my year old car but that because I’ve been having issues with it i should try and get out of it, i sat down with a sales and first thing out of my mouth was its a year old are you sure you can get me out ,he said yes! I didn’t want to do test drive because its same car I already have but newer modal but he convinced me ! I waited over hour to be told they cant do nothing for me because my car is still too new! Like why couldn’t you get this information in the beginning ? Why waste my time? Im beyond furious because he got my hopes up!! Will never purchase from them again!!

They are scheduling appointments with only a percentage of people waiting for their vehicle. Partitions are in place at the service desk and everyone wearing a mask. They have a clean and a dirty pen container for signing.
