I have been to Hawley Lane twice over the last week. The store features a nice selection of shoes for the hard to fit customer. The gentleman who helped us initially was decidedly indifferent and dismissive to me and to some of the other customers. Yesterday was a completely different story. Odette was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was a pleasure to work with!

Best place to buy shoes! Ellen is amazing! She knows how to fit shoes even for the most difficult feet! Hawley Lane is a great family shoe store as well as a store for those of us with feet issues.
