Went in with cold symptoms after having taken multiple at-home Covid tests that all came back negative. This was the closest Urgent Care center to my home that was listed under my insurance. The website listed Cold/Flu/Allergies as one of things treated at this center. However, when I got to the check-in counter (which is located opposite to the door- another complaint), they told me that they don't treat Covid symptoms. I told them I didn't have Covid and asked where I was supposed to go. I pointed out that this was an Urgent Care center and things like upper respiratory infections are exactly what you go to Urgent Care Centers for. The receptionist refused to answer me. tldr; This is no an urgent care center. They do not serve sick patients despite advertising that they do.

I’ve been here for 4 hours. I don’t understand how an office can run like this. Constantly getting skipped, told there’s a 2 hour wait when I first arrived. If you have the choice, do yourself a favor and don’t ever come here.
