EDIT: The response from planet fitness corporate asking me to do there job by telling the local shop of the issue there is sad. The companies maintenance issue should be dealt with internally not by asking a customer to risk there relationship with the local shops employees by complaining to them. Pick up the damn phone and call them thats your job. Whomever responds to these reviews should be fired. I give corporate 0 stars Original review: All the employees I've meet have been nice. As for the equipment seems maintenance is deferred. They only have a few stationary bikes and they all had one issue or another. Loose peddles, dead spots, clicking, cpu keeps restarting workout, broken cup holders and filthy. Stair master are down a lot too. Otherwise great price and good people.

The manager or owner was very friendly and was willing to show me a couple of exercises. I recommend this place if you are in Cape Cod.
