I have given blood three times at The Grove Road location. The first two times were pleasant enough, the experience was okay. This last time when she inserted the needle it hurt like hell. I mean serious pain. I'm not one normally to complain, but this was excessive. The next day it was bruised. Other than that the lower downstairs location was preferable.

Good training. Liked being able to do the self study on line. It shortened the in person class time to about 90 minutes for the hands on training for CPR, AED, and 1st aid. The new practice dummies give great feedback of the quality of chest compressions.

Unfortunately could not help in my situation but great conversation.

Scheduling and flexibility for training is not very good. Mediocre experience. Not a deal-breaker would return.

I don't think so but you can train for CPR which could be really useful for babysitting !
