Doing a lot of good for the local community. Stop by and volunteer. They are always looking for delivery drivers. If you want to pack meals, that’s a bit of a larger coordinated event that typically coordinated groups partake in. Packing is fun and almost game-like. Most deliveries are under 10 stops so it’s easy to incorporate into your week for once or twice.

The volunteer is are suppose to call the number on that list on the route sheet but are not allowed leave meals unattended if no one answers the door they make a special doorbell for people hard of hearing
They are a referral based service. You can have your doctor go to their website and fill out a referral form.
Renal and diabetic I believe, however I'm not sure about gluten free.
If no delivery, they will send the messages to you one day before.
