It's true! I have been having longer waiting days for my results which cause me to miss work. The lab seems to be very much back up! And yes! Their phones are always busy!! They said they have 2 lies. Smh. Its like none! And you have to call before you can go in to collect your Covid-19 Test! It's ridiculous because their lines are always busy! Makes no sense! They need to create a system so we can see our results online because their systems is very broken and annoying! The waiting time is normally an hour or more because they don't take appointments for testing but honestly, I have no problem to wait. I just try and keep myself productively distracted while I wait. Definately something needs to be changed about their systems and busy lines but I guess these urgent cares are in demand!

I had the same problem...I literally had to drive there 5 days later. My results were ready at 3 days but no call from them. I called nonstop and always busy tone. Suggest you or someone physically go there. Good luck.

Due to high volume of calls our lines are busy, we have requested our provider Frontier to add another line to address our patients needs. We will post the new number soon.
