At first, we were happy with this place. My husband killed his 1st 9 point in November 2020 and here it is August 2022 and we still don't have the mount. We cannot get anyone to call us back. Answering machine is ALWAYS full! Think twice before using this processor!!!

don't waste your money, time or animal!!! This place will not give you all your meat and what you do get will look like it was butchered by a 5 yr old. The cuts are terrible, flavor of sausage tastes like some type of chemical. Absolutely horrible and hate we wasted a pig that we worked hard to raise for meat. DON'T RECOMMEND

Spurred Outdoors

Been going to Rocky River for 4 years they do a great job for most of the time. The past two years it’s kinda slipped off. I shot a small buck maybe 80 pounds with my bow and got 3 grocery bags full of meat. My wife shot a nice buck that weighed 130 dressed. Got only two bags of meat back with the same cut. This has happened multiple times over the past two years where I get shorted meat. Guess I’m going back to doing my own processing. They are great people so it stinks.
