This place is a GEM. So far we have loved everything we have tried, as far as meats go. We’ve had more mixed results on the baked goods. This place does have a tiny area for buying meat though and is sometimes hard to navigate with a wheelchair. Also the ramp to door setup is tricky. Just something to keep in mind, mobility/accessibility wise.

Bluescreek is one of the best sources for local, high quality meat! They also have a great selection of cheeses, jams, pickles, honey, maple syrup and spices.

Yes they have a glass case with an assortment of butchered meats.
Yes, we do sell fresh pork skin for seasoning. We also sell salt pork and smoked hams/bacon. If there is anything specific you are looking for, we always recommend you call in advance and order it so we can have it ready for you. ;-)

I buy meat there. It is all grass fed.
Yes I'm fairly certain they do have liver.
They cut their meat right there at their butcher shop. Their meat is a little pricey but is well worth it. Their cattle are grass fed. Not sure if they butcher for customers outside. They used to sell meat at the North Market in Columbus.
I have gotten a prime rib from them before. If you are wanting a specific size or it to be ready on a certain date, you can call them and order. It is a family owned business and they are really friendly.
