Do they cut meat from outside

They cut their meat right there at their butcher shop. Their meat is a little pricey but is well worth it. Their cattle are grass fed. Not sure if they butcher for customers outside. They used to sell meat at the North Market in Columbus.

I don't think they do game, but some of their items are sourced from other farms. I heard one man last week mention he was there to get a hog he ordered, so evidently they will butcher a side or the whole animal to order.
