I’ve called over the years probably a handful of times. The dpw of rp doesn’t care about your property. They leave your garbage cans in the street. They throw them back onto your lawn or sidewalk. This is the 3rd time I have had the tops of my garbage cans either thrown in their truck as garbage or just left in the street. I now have no tops to my garbage cans. The first one was taken a few months back. so I hope you don’t mind the garbage cans filled w water and snow. My last top was taken yesterday w the recycling. Thanks dpw but I’m not spending anymore money on tops or garbage cans!
