Me and my mom walked in hopes to find my wedding dress, I didn’t expect to find it that fast! I was blown away on how they where so helpful and carrying and had dresses that actually fit me! I’ll definitely be recommending you guys!

Buyers beware of their "no return policy". I was not, and when I tried to return a dress with untouched tags, unworn, I was pointed to the "No Return" sign on the checkout desk. At the time I purchased the item, the clerks were hurriedly busy getting my card and checkout and scheduling an alteration appointment. Original condition; could have easily been resold in their store, but no. In fact they didn't even bother to check to see what I was returning or when I bought it.

Cheryl and Carolina Bridal are an asset to Shelby! How lucky are we to have them in our city? I had heard that Cheryl was a genius with alterations and the rumours were true. She can do anything! I initially visited the store to try on wedding gowns and found some beautiful options! While I ultimately purchased my gown from another store, my mother and I both liked Carolina Bridal and its associates, so we knew that we wanted Cheryl to alter my gown. I was on a crazy time frame – I am from Cherryville and getting married in Cherryville, but I live in England and would only be in town sporadically leading up to the wedding. This meant that the majority of my alterations would have to be done the week before the wedding and on a very tight timeline. Cheryl was able to accommodate me and everything went so smoothly! The dress needed some MAJOR alterations. Aside from the normal hem line and shoulders, she essentially remade the top of the gown. When all was said and done, the gown was stunning and looked like it was made for me (which at that point, it was haha). She also added a beautiful bustle design that made it look even more like a Disney princess gown! I simply could not be more thrilled with my service.
