Just called this morning the receptionist is very nasty and very ride hung up the phone while I was inquiring information. She need to be fired in sure I'm not the only who she has hung up on. If that's the case why work for a form or agency of the county you're suppose to represent.

My Mom never gets wht she request its my brothers acct and his surrogate always give what she wants not what is requested I need to see the judge

You can fill out the probate application and bring it in to them. You have to sign in front of a notary.

Is Newark the only location to probate a will for Essex county?
If that was an option I would, but I work 5 days a week and don't feel that I should loose a day of pay to go down there and ask someone to do their job. A month is unacceptable!

You would have to go to Surrogate Court to be appointed head of the estate once you have been appointed you can claim the lawsuit and the money
