I am hoping that what I saw is due to the recent holidays. The store looked very trashy: empty shelves, junk lying around, carts blocking aisles, etc. The Valentine's Day stuff is already out but the rest of the store has been ignored. Not a good impression.

I go here often enough I got a Redcard. The store is clean and the staff is nice. For example my check out person Melissa was kind, didn't rush me but it was still a fast transaction and it wasn't an awkward conversation.
