AT&T apparently uses this company. What happened in my case is that I had always paid my account in advance AND paid above and beyond what was owed so as to keep a credit on my account. I decided to close my account and go with a different ISP and called in to cancel my service. I was informed to take my equipment to the nearest UPS store to return it, otherwise I'd be billed for it all. I returned it within a week and kept the return receipt. I had a couple letters/bills from AT&T in the following couple of months and called about them numerous times. A few months later I started receiving calls from PP&A. I've not answered their calls since they can't/won't do anything about AT&T's ineptitude. I've called AT&T numerous times since I started receiving calls from PP&A and was told different things every time I called in, but long story short; I had to provide proof that I returned my equipment and on another call I was told that I had no balance due. Given that, I'm STILL receiving calls from PP&A even though, in all honesty, AT&T owes ME money. Do yourself a favor and tell anyone you know to stay away from AT&T internet. I'm not sure about anything else they provide, but if this is their business model I can't imagine I'd want any of their other services.... I've given them a one star review although I've never dealt with them just because of my situation. They may be reputable, I really have no idea....

This ridiculous firm has been harassing me daily pertaining to an AT&T bill regarding service charges for months following the actual service interruption which never should have occurred as I had been in arbitration over the account as I was charged each month, for that months service and the prior months balance, over and over and over and each time, the bill would be nearly $200 more than the previous month and they were charging my credit card and they provided the confirmation numbers for each charge and could clearly see the bill was paid and they were over charging me more and more each month. I finally had a new card issued by the bank and stopped the charges. I had been attempting to have the accounting errors corrected for over 6 months and AT&T was delaying providing a response until I initiated arbitration against them. We reached a settlement and I was to be receiving account adjustment for their errors and would ultimately receive a refund check that was stated to be issued within 6-8 weeks following the settlement. It never occurred. Instead, AT&T sent the account to collections and disregarded the settlement made in arbitration. I never received any notification from Prince Parker and discovered upon reviewing my credit report, they were reporting the account delinquent and affected my credit score drastically. I initiated contact with the firm and was yelled at, threatened to be sued, told that they were going to make my life a nightmare until I paid the bill, even answered the phone and the agent acted like they were on the phone with the court clerk to initiate a lawsuit and I listened to them for 3 minutes before she hung-up. The harassment is directed toward the wrong party. They refused to listen to me and would talk over me when I would provide the information on arbitration and the settlement. They would conclude each call with a statement related to ruining my credit. Not one time did they ever say, "this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used to do so". I worked in collections for a very very short time before throwing my badge at my manager and walking out as I realized I hated myself more and more each day I worked there. I know we were legally obligated to read that statement on EACH AND EVERY CALL, AS REQUIRED BY LAW. Let's band together and file class action against PPA!

Customer service is very rude! They claimed I owed a bill and the smart mouth woman tried to act like I didn't pay it! They need to get on board with their customer service skills! Yes she got the dial tone!! Not today lady!

The account number is the most important, but you can also include AT&T
They collect for At&t/ UVerse and Directv EVEN if you currently have a current acct.😡😯😕
