Really dirty and smells bad. The staff are all unprofessional. I saw on a Facebook group that someone found a literal bullet in the play area and someone else found a pair of scissors next to the slide. They DO NOT clean or sanitize these areas after each play session. I highly wouldn't recommend. Management needs to change. We deserve a better mega play here.

My granddaughters birthday party was hosted here. I really enjoyed the set up and the employees are super friendly. It's a kid friendly place.

Any age. There is a toddler area where you have to be under 3 to play, but other than that there isn't an age requirement. There are weight limits on the inflatable slide, but even adults can climb in the large play gym.

What they have can be considered as a gift certificate. It's a one time fee voucher that pretty much pays for itself in about 8 visits. I don't believe it expires like a gift certificate.
