Do not go to Metro. From the start I have had problems with my service and phone. Regretting switching to them and will very soon be switching from their service.

I switched to metro and i am so happy about it. I don't know why I stick to Boost so long time. The lady was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend it here.

If your phone is under warantee i am pretty sure they can help...but they are not a service center and they do not do repair work there.
