If I could give zero stars I would. Very rude customer service. Google ad says it's located in Springfield Mo so I called to ask for rates and if I could do a tour I had to leave a message and didn't get a call back for several hours. Turns …I'm sorry Georgia feels this way. I have my own business for over 35 years working one on one with clients & I know I can't make everyone happy but I try. When I receive a call during working hours my policy is to call back as soon as I can, when I finish with a client or at the end of the day. This way I feel I can concentrate on our conversation best. As I was talking to this client I noticed that no one was there. I felt that the call had been dropped. She did not call back. I do appreciate finding out about the wrong location and it has been corrected. I hope to learn and improve my wedding business from these reply. We had a great experience overall and the owners worked with us all of us were happy even though we got flooded in for a bit because of all the rain when we got married the owners did everything they could to check on us and get us out ASAP after getting flooded in all had a great timeThank you for your kind words.
