This is the most unprofessional company I have worked for i started at minimum wage with my experience and credentials while account manager friends and family were getting paid more he used me for 3 months doing the 7 nights a week I never called off or asked for days off did personal favors calling other guards in his behalf and was promised a post and a raise that I never got supervisor in the afternoon is never there and they all know each other in silver towers they are all friends and it’s not fair that only personal friends and family get paid more while the ppl with credentials and experience get paid minimum wage

Went for a job interview on August 30 ,2021 . I was posted in front of the building to work on the spot until 6pm. I was used to cover a two day court event . I was happy the Hurricane cancelled the Rest of the week due to the flood . This week I was lucky to be in a different location .I put in 33 hrs of work this week. Eastern Security deposited $375. in my bank account for two days worked . But no work schedule .

I’ve been working with Eastern for over a year, Great company to work for Professional management that treat their employees with respect, Pay is always on time and correct I highly recommend this company to anyone who have a security license and need a good job there is also room for advancement within this company. I personally worked for the company for about 6 months and my time there was excellent I was dissapointed to be let go due to lack of shifts avaliable for my situation. That or there were posts avaliable and they just did not want me anymore. Whatever the case is I still give this company 5 stars. They appreciate proffesionalism and pay their workers well, as well as having great support for their employees. I wish there were more morning posts avaliable for me to work for them once more, but it isnt the end of the world Highly reccomend this company, even if I was only there for a short amount of time.
