I had respect for One Main, but since COVID-19 they have not taken care of their customers. It is very disappointing!!!! They didn't change their skip payment policy, customer service during a terrible time is extremely horrible. Once I pay off my loan I will NEVER do business with them EVER again. It is very sad, but it takes times like these where you can see just how truly caring business are, One Main doesn't care one bit.

Making a payment is easy. You can make a payment anytime by logging in to your account online or on the OneMain mobile app. We also accept payments by mail, at participating retailers or over the phone on our Customer Service line. Also, you can pay by check or debit by visiting us at the Reidsville-Freeway branch.
By filling out our online prequalification form, you will be able to see if you are prequalified for a personal loan without impacting your credit score.
