The staff here is phenomenal, each and every person I met was courteous and helpful. I visited to inquire about becoming a patient and I was given an appointment that same day. If you are without heath insurance, I highly recommend SMMC. Many of it's services are without cost, or made affordable. This is a real blessing to our community!

The staff at Surry Health Ministry are the best. The doctors really listen to you and encourage you to ask questions. They have an amazing dentist Dr. Carpenter, he pulled my tooth and I felt absolutely no pain.

You have to see the doctor first, then they refer you to the dentist. The dental clinic is posted out a bit though
no but after you are a patient you are referred for your labs at no costs
They open Tuesday at 5pm. Get there early. They are also there every other Thursday at 9am.
As long as it's not a narcotic or controlled substance.
You need to call them first. You have paperwork that you need to fill out.

I know on Thursday they usually have a morning clinic from 9 to noon
