They’re service is bad and the staffs there are so irresponsible about not fixing anything and the power always blew out and they’re very rude as well so please don’t purchase this apartment they need to take better care of their jobs. Anyways don’t go there it’s not worth it

Claudia & Jessica are Sweethearts. But parking is a Joke , building 2 is mostly 1 bedroom Apts, 2 out of 4 units have like 6-9 ppl in one apartment that Hogg all the Parking spots, I can’t even park in front of my house which is across the way Building 3 because they got 8 ppl in one house taking all the parking in front of their building & building 3 also . It’s ridiculous like common courtesy it’s simple when you got 3 damn generations in one household. They be shooting and breaking in at the back. The new maintenance crew Lazy as hell , took them 6 months to fix my draw , I been here 6 years , the rent prices are very decent although but I noticed I have mold growing inside my walls and on my carpet in my closet & all they did was shampoo the mold carpet instead of pull it and they suppose to paint over the mold which they haven’t even attempted... ppl throw trash right in front of the dumpster instead of in the dumpster. The front office crew are very helpful and professional it’s the tenants that don’t make It worth it. My lease up in September & I knew this was my last year once I had to start parking two buildings down from my apartment & picking up trash around the Apts. & yes the Gate do stay broken & ppl stay double parking cus they don’t Tow

I have been here roughly a little over 2.5yrs.. The place is nice! The staff is friendly and always willing to help! The property is clean and very well kept.. I never had a problem getting anything fixed.. but i have never had anything extreme to break.. There is little to no crime at all here.. I'd definitely recommend this property..

These are okay. But i wouldnt suggest moving in . My moms car has been broken into several times . Things have been stolen from us. When things break the staff does nothing until we have to very annoying and call them 20 times a day . Then they dont really fix it. To fix our leaking bathroom roof the maintenance man just simply painted the roof. Other then all the bad stuff the work out room is okay i guess just a few treadmills and what not in a room. The pool is great but its typically never open or never empty when it is. The park is really cute and nice lots of room for the kids to play and run around. . The front office assistants are rude . I remember my mom went away for the week end and my garage button wouldnt work ( which in these apartment is the only way in if you lock both locks on the door which you have to becuase maintenance will go in as they please and steal as they please) so any ways i walked to the front office and told them they first of all yelled at me saying theyre on lunch and to go away. Then i came back and they told me since i am not on the lease i cant have it. So i was stuck out side for hours trying to figure out a new way in. They're rude and arrogant .
