We waited 6 hours to get an oil change. I understand they only had 2 staff members working because 1 person quit. But come on have more employees on stand by or more employees working for situations like that. I was not very happy, and we couldn't just leave because there were customers behind us in the line. Get it together, I have been back and still only 3 employees there. My son is a diesel mechanic and he tried to apply there for a second job and apparently he was over qualified for a job there. And under qualified as a manager position... really? Get it together and think about the customers, we're the ones keeping you in business,but not if we have to wait several hours for an oil change every time we go there.

The staff was amazing! I got there about 5:30, got an oil change and the guys were very thorough and polite. Didn’t push too many extra things for me to buy. Have their honest opinion and made sure I was happy with the service. One guy named Chris was learning from his manager and he was very polite. This team works so well together! I’ll definitely come back to this location since moving to this side of town.
