We tried to help since you were in school and needed a immediate solution. You purchased a RTO machine from Aaron's even though we offered you solutions. You paid $0 for the bench fee, data recovery labor, flash drive and labor for fixing the dropped no display issue. We try to have a positive experience with all of our customers but realize thats not always possible.
