Quality has gone down here. Everything used to be good, but not as flavorful anymore. My order was made wrong the other day. Pesto capitavi was topped with mac and cheese cheese instead of parmesan. Yuck. That is a basic. I got it to go so not worth going back. But I should not have had to.

I love this place. Good food that's freshly made to order, one of the best fast-food chains & the zucchini noodles (zoodles) & other veggies available make healthier eating possible even on the road. You can even do half pasta & half zoodles at request. As for the features, some locations have outdoor seating, I'm not sure about curbside pickup since I usually go in to pick it up. Definitely one of my favorite fast food places.

These workers have always been very hardworking especially being understaffed. They have modified hours but I always see them working fast. I stopped by the grafton location and got a Mac n cheese Xtra sauce no cheddar and a side of siracha. They wrote in the bag that they ran out of siracha which is fine! And they made it sooo good! It was lukewarm but I was also five minutes late so that’s my fault lol. But unlike the West Bend location where I normally go they actually FILL THE BOWL! Not just halfway to the “fill line” and the sauce was so good! I really like this location. I know some reviews are bad when they have rushes on weekends but I actually think they improved a lot and it’s my preferred location. Also very clean!

Ordered Caesar Salad with Chicken. Standard Caesar salad is with Romaine lettuce. I was served a spring mix with about 5 small squares if cold chicken. Asked about Romaine they explained that did not do that. Mixed the salad in the bowl with dressing and put in lid only to see bottom was older not car fresh lettuce. Terrible expensive lunch.

Service dogs & SDIT are legally welcome in ANY public place including restaurants. But when training a SD in any food related atmosphere here's a couple things to keep in mind... make sure your dog is strong in all his/her BASIC commands (heel,sit,stay/wait, & esp lay/down). Then and only then should you enter a restaurant for training. A very small SD may be on a seat next to you. Otherwise, the SD should sit or lay quietly/unobtrusively at your feet and whenever possible should be UNDER the table. But unless unusual circumstances, never on the lap. Also, while management can't deny you access it is a courtesy to inform them your dog is a SD. They often get asked by their other customers if it's a SD. And some others can get irate about an animal in a food area. This way management doesn't have to search you out to inquire further, you've already gone to them. Vest or SD ID tag isn't required by law but can make things easier when it comes to restaurants & grocery stores.
There is no greater priority than the safety and well-being of our team members and guests. Since the onset of COVID, we have taken steps to ensure that safety is our ongoing priority. We have taken many steps, include requiring all team members and guests to wear masks; sanitizing all common areas at least every two hours; creating socially distant seating for open dining rooms; installing plexiglass shields at our counters; and implementing tamper-evident bag seals for all to-go orders.
