It never fails to amaze me what beautiful thinks can withstand the testament of time. This building is a gorgeous view from everywhere in the valley. Day or night, snow or shine, this wonderful place is inviting, I would readily recommend a visit.

Sessions start at 7:00 and go every half hour through the day. These are exceptions- Wednesday mornings, there is a 5:30 session and then the next one is at 7:00, then 7:30 ...etc. Saturdays, the first session is at 5:30 and goes every half hour from then on. The last session is at 8:00 every day. Initiatory and sealings start at 6:30.

Not on the grounds. Garments and like items are distributed at Deseret Book located nearby in Logan.
Yes, but it is usually better to call ahead. If you are just passing through Logan, they wont turn you away.

Go to the church website. Sign in and go down to about temples. That will take you to a page where you can make appointments. It might be easier to get an appointment in Brigham right now. Last time I checked Logan was into mid September on endowments. Sealings are usually easy to get.
To go through a session you need a current Temple Recomend signed by: your Bishop and Steak President.

Yes they have cloth rentals for everything that to need including belts and ties if needed.
