In visiting Creekside I met Alessia and she was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and very informative. She answered all my questions and encouraged me to ask more as we were talking. I felt comfortable and at ease talking to her and the manager whom I didn’t get her name. I feel that my husband and I would be happy and comfortable choosing this as our home.

My good friends live here and I am writing bc they don’t have a google account to review. If I could give zero stars I would. The new management is absolutely deplorable. They are rude, inconsiderate, and lack communication skills. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism. They don’t fix things when they get broken- I haven’t had a working dishwasher in over a month. I go to them with issues and it goes in one ear out the other. Just save yourself the headache and don’t rent from them.

Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. Just started renting here but, they definitely run a credit report and make you give them either pay stubs or offer sheets for your job. I know because I got alerts from credit karma and Experian the same day I submitted my application. I don't think they did a background check but I'm not really sure. Those app fees are steep though I'd prolly give the office a call and see what they say before you just go for it.
