Phenomenal customer service. Went in to have two old Akubra cowboy hats reshaped. Both were special gifts from family members (since passed away) that had been stored for years. The gentleman at El Potrero showed tremendous care and patience in steaming and reshaping the brims, removing difficult folds and curves to restore them to a stylish wearable condition. After an hour of careful work, he smiled and said it was on the house! I'll never go anywhere else for western wear.

Terrible attitude of the girls who work there, we asked them some things to choose colors etc and they treated us with a miserable attitude, of anger 😠we had to leave the store immediately !!! (Response to your comment) It was Sunday August 8 between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm and I arrived wearing a hat, not like I am here in my profile picture, we were 3 people

Yes we do hat shaping for felt hats. But it depends on the quality of the hat. We shape hats from 6x up to 50x in quallity. We charge $35 for hat shaping.
