Great company They took safety serious during covid. Often clean, unlr some other companies (cough cough PF, NYSC) Employees are often engaging and friendly. Park Slope gym is also unexpectedly good also

My 93-year-old mother, belongs to Harbor Fitness Bay Ridge’s (9215-4th Ave) Silver Sneakers program and raves about it. She loves the exercises and the instructors who make sure that everyone is participating yet not doing more than they can handle. They are all personable, professional, and enthusiastic. I would also like to extend my compliments and gratitude to the reception staff. They go out of their way to be helpful and kind. Last week after class, during an exceptionally hot day, my mom and her aide were waiting for an Uber. One of the female staff came outside with two bottles of water, asked them if they wanted to go inside where it was cooler, and offered to wait outside for the car. Clearly, customer service above and beyond the norm. So, in summary, Harbor Fitness - great gym, great people.

Yes the Bay Ridge location provides child care from 8:30am-2:30pm & 5pm-9:30pm. Hours may differ on weekends & for each location.

No they don't have racquetball courts this is a lifting gym, HARD CORE gym rats go there.

As long as you've got a determination for working out and getting fit, there's no age requirement. I've seen middle schoolers there sometimes, working out with friends and older people. Opening an account requires someone 18+ though.
Depends: sometimes there's a lot of spots other times it feels like you're circling around forever. 4th ave has alternate side parking at 730 so you should find something just remember to move your car.
