You need to go to your desired location—bring ID with you. What promotion is available at the time determines what your up-front cost will be. There are annual dues that everyone pays, either in October or June, depending on your level of membership. Basic membership keeps you at your home club; Black Card membership allows you to use all the PF clubs—it’s also a little more expensive than the basic membership. I hope this helps!

Hi, Joe! We don't have saunas as we seek to maintain our affordability. That being said, we do have a Black Card membership that lets you make use of our amenities, such as our tanning and our Hydromassage!
Not that I know of. The one on Forest Ave in West Brighton closed about 2 years ago.
Unfortunately no. Members who are 16 or 17 years old must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian on file. Any PF Black Card guests must be 18 years old with a valid ID, unless they're accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, they do not offer childcare services. And regarding the safety of children under the age of 13, PF asks that they do not come into the facility, according to their company-wide regulations.
The display for the closing is on the inside of the door to the left. The closing is scheduled from Thursday morning to Friday morning reopening at 7am on Friday.

The Forest Avenue Planet Fitness will reopen Thursday at 7 a.m.. They closed due to new machines and renovations. You can however go to the Planet Fitness on South Avenue down by Burlington and the DMV
