Why is there “system” always down from 2-closing every day ? Every time I come by (total of 12 times) I get “sorry our system down have a good day try tomorrow . I applied July 9th and it’s August 24th. The people don’t want to help anyone, the system is always “broken”. I would starve to death before I actually get help.

I am sooooooo mad right now. Why tell us to call the center to be interviewed for the energy assistance program and there are no agents to accept the call. Like WHAT!!! And I have until the third or my application will be denied. Everybody is not able to get up and go out to the office I have a young child with a disability. I feel like in Charlotte they make it so hard and difficult to get any help. Every where else in the world it’s not this hard.

The case workers information should be on any letters she received in the mail. If you can't find it there then you need to call and wait in queue they will be able to tell you.

The same happened to a friend of mine. We went to dept of social service and they didn't allow us in and they only thing they told us is to get in contact with your social worker. Keep on them until issue is resolved. Good Luck in resolving this!
