You need to change the hours on your door. I showed up at 530 PM to pickup an online order that I had placed earlier. I don't have all the time in the world to go around to various stores looking for an oil filter. Which I found just down the road at O' Reilly's. Or money for gas. A simple printout taped to your door will do a hell of a lot more than Sending Emails or Contacting Customer Service ever will.

The employees are always courteous and the store is well stocked. Per the website, the air filter for my 2010 vw beetle 2.5 🪲 was processed and ready for pick up within 30 minutes. A perfect fit.

Please change the hours on your website to match the hours on the door. Website states you close at 7:00pm it is 6:30pm and the door closed. Desktop printed sign states you close at 6pm. With gas at $5 a gallon NAPA you have to do better.
