As a former employee of Engineered Controls Inc. employed 14+ years with them I can honestly state that this company went from riches to rags. The employee used to be in the concerns of the Company and today they don't even get a rating. The Human resources department will do whatever it takes to appease you while not being honest with you, and working to doing everything for the company, not your concerns! Safety concerns in the manufacturing areas are addressed by knee jerk reactions and never really corrected. Once a great Company to work for but now I would not recommend this to anyone unless you are in dire need for income and need a stepping stone. Management is weak and filled positions are filled by paper (Questionable) qualifications not experience. This is creating a very confused and wasteful work environment. Seven years ago this would have been a "5" Star review, sorry to say today hate even giving it a "1" star.
