Way above average for a bar so close to a college! Food was very good. Not college prices, but I'd rather have great food than cheap prices.

There is outdoor seating, and no reservations required (I dont think you can even make reservations). Normally the summer is the slow season due to the college students going home. Today is commencement, so they might be busy.
I'm not sure, probably, but it's best if you call them for availability.
