Service was awesome tonight! The young man at the counter deserves a promotion and a raise for his awesome personality! We love getting ice cream here and sitting right outside at the tables at Friendly...esp. at night when all the lights are on and the storefronts are lit!

I bought my family to ice cream here despite the ridiculous prices because I wanted to treat them. I got about 1/4 of the way through my small cup and found a hair embedded in it. I don't think it was the server's hair because his hair was very short. I know it wasn't my own. It ruined the whole experience for all of us. I wouldn't post a bad review, but I sent a complaint to the company and got zero response.

Limited number of people allowed in at one time, everyone is masked and socially distanced.
I'm not sure offhand? But their website is quite useful regarding menu prices! I thought it was comparable to other stores in that genre.
