terrible maintenance on property head stones get damaged and no repair to them. headstones sink no and not leveled back up. TRACTOR they use to dig graves is to big and breaks headstones and they still do nothing about it and mowers damage the vases or holders with no repairs or replacements.

Very disappointing I have called to speak with a general manager all week long and no one has returned my calls. Very unacceptable and unprofessional I have stated my concerns to the individual that I spoke with and that seems not to be a concern on anyone’s behalf. They should not receive a 1 star. From my understanding, other individuals receive the same treatment, they sell a service they can provide and seem to care less in supporting the request.

They no longer do clean up days. They leave it up to the individual families. I called the office today to confirm.
They leave flower placement and removal up to the families now. They no longer have Clean up days.
