This is a private development so unless you live here or are a member of the golf course then I would just not go. Other than being pretty and having a lot of nice houses, without that membership there's no point

Questions & Answers

Doe HOA covers water and sewer services? I also want to add if water is under a master meter?

Some townhome/condo areas have shared sewer and water and you would have to contact those individual Boards or management companies to confirm if they have individual meters.

What can be done about all the trash piled up in creek area along fenced rail and creek bed in area below clubhouse? The water is filthy, I see bottles, cups, trashbags. Wife and I cleaned up what we could from sidewalk area. Today, more trash.

Thank you for volunteering to pick up some. Four Mile Creek is a larger system beyond our neighborhood capability to manage. Please report this to Mecklenburg County Stormwater Department via 311 and give them the nearest address and description.

Does the HOA allow fences to be built around homes in rain Tree?

Village of Raintree consists of 7 primary HOAs and about a dozen sub-associations. Contact the Village of Raintree shared community office at www.villageofraintree.com to find out which area your home is in. You would need to submit an Architectural Review Committee application for your specific HOA.
