Salesperson and contractors were all very professional, and accommodating. Product was very over priced. The shower pan was very slippery that they had to immediately came back (twice) to put a textured coating on it and the grip bars so I wouldn't slip. Bad product but good work. Hope the owner uses better products after seeing this review. After using the shower awhile now, the sprayed portion holds onto my hair and is difficult to remove and clean. Horrible product. Do not recommend. I hate to give bad reviews but if you’re going to charge someone almost $9000 to install a simple shower stall at least give your clients a better product!

My husband and I would like to share our amazing blessing that we received from Bathroom Pros . We have been fighting for our grandson that is handicapped and currently in state custody, after our daughter passed away . We received a laundry list of things too do to make our house handicap assessable for this 8 year old that has been waiting too come home . We had such a list that needed to be done and we were completely overwhelmed with the financial burden , an amazing friend had sent an email to this company . That same day we received a call saying they wanted to help us . Gregg Griffin ( designer consultant ) had spoken to the owner and asked if they could help out . They were at my house that day . He stated “don’t worry about this bathroom! Worry about getting your grandson . They quickly jumped in and had it finished within the week . I have never had a company just so amazing and gave us peace of mind so we could work on other projects . I will never forget there generosity and huge hearts to help us . Revised: 3 months after upgrade and install. The caulking is failing. Mold is setting around where they caulked the shower floor. This is the reason we got rid of the tub and paid so much for this remodel. Water leaks behind the sink and onto the floor because it wasn't sealed correctly when they mounted the sink. See pics. 3 months in and not as happy. Our bathroom is gross no more! These guys did an outstanding job. The communication from the office was amazing. It these covid times with everything delayed and prices inflated. These guys and girls kept us informed every step of the way. From sales to the techs to the administration dept to the two amazing brothers who completed the installation. So so.
