You would need to park either in the Canal street (which is very rare to find) or at the parking lots 2~3 block away.
Seated areas are a bit tight as far as leg room at least in the balcony. Imho
Depends on the EVENT - They have young children for Carnival Balls who participate in the BALL!TOTALLY DEPENDS ON THE EVENT IS APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN
Upstairs is usually more casual than floor. Expect cool A/C.
