To be honest this was the worse experience Ive ever had with a car rental. The first car thet gave me was dirty!!!! Vaseline in the door handles. Literally look like cum stains in the seat. They replaced the vehicle couple days later. The car they brought me was nice and clean yet had low tire pressure. When it came time to refund my deposit they literally cheated me out of 6.50 saying I was short a gallon of gas yet the person who checked it in said otherwise. I did end up getting all my money back after a phone call but I should have never had to go through all of this. I suggest if you have to use enterprise in Paducah Ky then go to the Southside location. Ive never had one issue with them. Parke Ave enterprise is horrible!!!!!

WARNING : THEY ALLOW YOU TO RESERVE CARS EVEN IF THEY DON’T HAVE THEM. UNRELIABLE Made a reservation. They called 15 min prior to me arriving and said that they didn’t have cars available.. I wasted 1.5 hours driving there ($20 gas) and lost an entire day of my trip. Great business model.

Sign up for their rewards program, u get promotional perks ! Free upgrades etc. Weekend rates tend be cheaper . I would pay extra $17 or whatever it was for damage wavier . It is total forgiveness if something happens & it does !! Cheaper than putting claim towards personal insurance also . I have rented the new f150 from them , so yes they have trucks . But im sure no hitch
They only picknu up if u get a rental car from them and it's only thirty miles around paducah or metropolis illinois. I would do it if I had the gas money I'm in one of there rental but I'm fixing to get a car the insurance is going to settle this week or next week so I can go ahead and get a car I live in metro his illinois you can also get a hold of me through Facebook
