In reference to the “Service Department”- IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH/WORK WITH. Spent a month and a a half trying to get in contact and schedule service for my Ninja. Only received one email back during this time. Went to store to try to talk with advisors directly, store was closed during business hours. Taking my business elsewhere.
