Everyone from the people answering the phones to management are rude and disrespectful. Our family will no longer use this facility for urgent care needs.

Waited 2 hrs due to high volume. Went in and tested for covid, strep,flu. Horrible cough ,sore throat,low grade fever, body aches. No lab wotk , no xrays and no offer of cough medicine. Just drinks liquids and just rest. Pa was in for maybe 5 minutes. 75.00 later and no help. Will not return.

I have always had great care at this Urgent care. I wish I could remember the providers name. He was so kind. Shannon was my nurse and exceptional as well.
