I had been taking my cats to this animal hospital since the 1980s. No more. I would like to give negative stars for the review but that isn't an option. Took my very elderly but very healthy cat in for vaccines and well check 3 weeks ago. I was not allowed in with her. Got a completely clean bill of health. Arrived home from appointment with a deeply traumatized cat. She wouldn't get out of bed. Stopped eating. Then stopped drinking. Took her back to Dr Miller twice more, in the 2 weeks that followed, to no avail. Blood work normal. Exam with no acute changes. Vet unable to reason it out or help. Uncaring? maybe, but I don't think so. Just unable. I brought cat home, for the third time, and started force feeding and forced fluids myself at home (I'm a nurse!), unwilling to traumatize the cat again with another vet visit. My cat responded really well. Improving incrementally until today when she started drinking on her own! I'm exhausted but relieved. Today, literally 20 days after her initial visit, and 7 days after the third visit, she is weak and emaciated but eating, drinking, walking, purring, acting almost normal again. I will never go back to this hospital. And I WISH - DEEPLY - THEY WOULD TAKE DR CAMERON'S NAME OFF IT. He was a cat-whisperer who deserves a better legacy than this. ADDENDUM: I see there are others who have had painful, difficult experiences now that Dr Cameron is retired. --CAVEAT EMPTOR--
