I've been doing business with Gates Resale since the late 70's, and for good reason - local store, local employees, jobs for students, etc. ... But mostly because they have great customer service and they stock what I'm shopping for. I bought a pair of boots from them and after a month or so a place hook fell off. I took them back and they told me to get them repaired and they would pay for it. They didn't manufacture the boots but they valued my business. Now *that's customer service!* I highly recommend Gates Resale for work wear, Carhartt, Kleen Kanteen, camping gear, pawnshop items and more.
