I didn't feel like cooking so I stopped by kfc, worst decision of my life. I spent $38 and some change on the 12 piece mixed chicken I got 10 dark pieces and 2 white pieces my mashed potatoes had a scoop of gravy in the center my biscuits where hard. I tried calling that night and the next two days no answer. I'm a single parent who spent almost. $40 for some chicken that wasn't fresh for the price not to me the skin to the 12 pieces wasn't on the chicken but laying inside the box. Not only was my chicken not fresh but I waited for fresh this was the worst chicken KFC ever sold me ever. They wasn't closed either as to why they wasn't answering the phone just wasn't answering they knew my food was messed up just didn't care. Wish I could give 1/3 of that star

I realize that everything has gone up in prices,, but KFC should be ashamed of themselves ,, I ordered 3wings original snacks/ the guy that was taking my order sounded so unprofessional,, (QUOTE) we no got non rig chic,, (UNQUOTE) 🤣🤣,,EXCUSE ME,, I tried to ask,, he said ,,mama,, just drive up,, I drove up,,, and the 3 wings snack original was out / but the crunchy or whatever you call it was plentiful,, I'm glad I was sitting in my car bocz that price probably would have made me fainted,, it jumped from $5and a little over not even $6 now it almost $9 for a 3 wings and a dry biscuit,, nope I will not do it,, shame on y'all KFC BUT TO EACH IT'S OWN ,, but that's a no for me,,,,

They wear gloves and masks for the drive thru but I'm sure they don't change them as they should after touching money and touching things inside then passing your food. I don't go inside due to covid... But they do wear gloves and masks.
I would have checked my order if there was confusion about the price. Prices are on the menu. I have noticed that the intelligence of fast food cashiers in general seems to be slipping. Customer service is almost non- existent. I rarely use drive-thrus anymore for that reason. Sorry for your issue. Call the 800 number on thr receipt. May get you coupons or even free chicken.
