I set an appointment to get my timer knob fixed on my dryer and the technician had to order the part to ship it to my apartment. I had to reorder the part 3 times and waited over a month for the part to NEVER arrive. I still haven't been able to get my dryer fixed. I finally had to ask for a refund but it had been over a week and was told the refund would have been processed by now...but of course, I still haven't been able to get my money back. Horrible service. I would never recommend using this company for any form of repair
